The Company was first incorporated in 2002 and has recently had a name change to Wilec (Fire & Security) Limited which we feel best reflects ‘what we do’. We are based in Rathnew, Co Wicklow and service customers from Cork to Belfast with our main customer base being in the Dublin region.
The company was started by William & Jane O’Connell who both have many years of experience in the security industry both in Ireland and abroad.
The company started with just 5 employees and over the years has grown to its current number of 35 dedicated staff.
Over the years we have expanded from a purely electronic security integrator to offering a full Life Safety & Electronic Security Service.
Major projects have included working or some of the largest Financial, Commercial, Retail & Pharmaceutical organisations in the country i.e.
